To have shoes or a detachable skirt preserved in the same box or separate box there will be an additional fee.

• It typically takes between 1-2 months to receive your gown back - during peak times, this can take up to 3 months.


• It can be shipped directly to your address at no additional charge once it is completed - however, it is adult signature required. You are also welcome to pick it up from us here within 10 days of it being back in our store.
